Obstetrician Gynecologist

Dr. Megan Klein is a board-eligible Obstetrician and Gynecologist dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care for women of all ages. She believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered in making informed healthcare decisions.

Dr. Klein values building lasting relationships with her patients and considers it a privilege to care for women through some of life's most meaningful moments. Her clinical interests include minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic surgery, endometriosis, menopause care, preventive women's health, and complex gynecologic conditions.

A Middle Tennessee native, Dr. Klein grew up in Murfreesboro and is honored to return home to care for the women and families of her community. She earned her undergraduate degree in Biology from The University of Alabama and her master’s degree in the Social Foundations of Health from Vanderbilt University. She earned her medical degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine before completing her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency in Chicago, where she served as Chief Resident. During residency, her research focused on improving quality of life for women with endometriosis and optimizing surgical outcomes in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.

Outside of work, Dr. Klein enjoys spending time with her husband, their Golden Retriever, Manning, and their family and friends. She loves hosting dinners at home, cooking new recipes, and creating opportunities to bring people together. Traveling is one of her favorite ways to recharge, especially if it involves relaxing on a beach somewhere. Most mornings, she starts the day with an early Solidcore class before heading to the office, and on fall Saturdays, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Crimson Tide– Roll Tide!
